a month agoFantastic family run business. Best Pho Ga I have ever had. If I lived in San Antonio, I’d go here everyday. Found this place after getting kind of lost.

a month agoUpon entering, I was seated immediately. The service is good; however, the food is very lacking. I had the spring roll, and it was not fresh at all. I also had the BbH, which was supposed to be a special; however, it doesn't taste like BbH at all. The meat was quite chewy, and the broth was very, very bland, lack seasoning. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

3 months agoThere isn't much I can say about this place. The food was decent. But the dishes we got were just ok. It was nothing particularly special. Though I'll admit I'm not an expert on Vietnamese cuisine. However to me it really just felt lacking. The rice was completely flavorless. But the Meats were pretty good. The restaurant is a decent size. Prices are ok, perhaps a bit high for the portion sizes. The service here is ok, perfectly acceptable. One big downside is they DO NOT accept Card Payments. CASH ONLY. So be aware. All in all I'm not sure if it's a place I'd visit again. Especially since it's very far from where I live. But if you live nearby it may be worth a visit.

3 months agoWe were really disappointed in the food we received. There was way too much salt in the soup and Pho broth. The sweet and sour pork had an old oil taste. The egg roll was really good and my partner said the vegtables were fresh.

a year agoThis place is a must!!!! Very welcoming and affordable prices. I believe it's a family owned restaurant. The young waitress is always vibing with us. She also very attentive, and super friendly. The food is magic!!!! Especially the pho 🍲 if you ever feeling under the weather you can doordash it as long as you're not too far. But the PHO IS MAGIC IN A BOWL!!!!!!! ITS A CURE TO ANYTHING!!!!!!👏🏽🙌🏽 11/10 I also tried something else off of the menu. It was the garlic chicken with fried rice and an egg roll with an egg drop soup. Now when I say other places it's dry NOT HERE!!! 10/10 The food is top tier. This place is a hidden gem. The Vietnamese spring rolls are amazing also!!! Oh and it's CASH ONLY no card!! THIS IS MY GO-TO. I have been spoiling myself and going at least once a week to once every other week 🫣🤌🏽 and I only dine in I haven't tried to take out.

2 years agoGood average Vietnamese soup! Usually here for the daily specials and today, bun Bo hue. Had better but this is good average soup, and being on the East side, this areas price is usually lower. Worth a stop for in/out dining. Note don’t expect amazing service, order, eat, pay in an underwhelming atmosphere.

Edited 2 years agoIf you want authentic Vietnamese and Chinese food this is the place. I've enjoyed the delicious food for 22 years and hope for the rest of my life. Cash or checks only..no cards accepted so hit the ATM first. Invite your friends and make it their favorite place too.
